Is This Good Service
This might look like I'm beating the drums for Chinese scooters but I'm not. What I really am is Pro-Truth. People beat up on the Chinese for their lack of service so Brand Name should be so much better. Read this.

This got better. After everyone aired their grievances over the lack of customer support one of the moderators locked the thread. So the point here is that you're allowed to praise Piaggio but heaven forbid you complain about them.

I feel for that guy. After all he's been through, he still says he loves his scooter, but I can't understand why. A high dollar machine should not be having multiple problems in it's first year of life..... Sounds like customer service is non exsistant at Vespa.......and the last post in the thread would make you think the forum had it has headquarters in Russia, or North Korea.
