Aprilia am6 bogging

Hello,
I downgraded my 2002 Aprilia (AM6 engine) from 80cc to 50cc. I have Dellorto PHBG 19mm carburator, polini free flow air filter, malossi intake manifold and aftermarket reeds remus exhaust with akrapovic muffler.
(Previous owner fitted all of those parts so I`m not sure about reeds type and intake manifolds size).
So I fitted 50cc piston and cylinder. (I kept old 80cc head, because it didn`t came with the kit. I called the seller and ask him "How can you sell kit without a head and if I can use the one from 80cc kit", he said that I can).
Now it boggs really hard. You can`t even ride it. In neutral if I manage to get to high revs by adding little big of trottle flames start to shoot from exhaust.
Spark plug is wet.
I tried jets from 50 to 72. I have also changed pilot jet (can`t remember the size right now, but I can check tommorow).
I tried without air filter and also taping down air filter, but no luck.
If I add little bit of throttle I can get to high revs, but if I add more than just a little it boggs down instantly like "booooooooo".
It idles fine, there is just a little of difference between choke off and on.
If i try to ride as soon as I release the clutch it boggs.

Did anyone ever had 19mm carb on 50cc am6 and what jet size did you use?
What could be wrong?

Thank you

Float is stuck or set too high, possibly?

Hello,
Now I installed #98 main jet, idle jet is #50. I moved clip on needle on second notch from top to bottom, if I move it to top notch it starts cutting in midrange, if I move it lower, it starts to bogg more. It tooked bushing out of air filter, leaving just metal screen in there.
Now I can ride at flat, but still can`t climb hill. Take of is much better, it bogs to about 7k RPM.
I installed funnel made of metal screen in air filter and I noticed little change in low/mid RPM`S, but big change at high RPM`S, where it goes alot better. However in takes alot to get above 8k RPM in 4th gear and it`s cutting of a little in 1st gear sometimes...
Im going nuts with this moped.
Could this be too big idle jet?
