Help identify different 150cc Rocker arms

Hi Folks,

Motorcycle mechanic here taking his first plunge into the world of GY6. I thought this scooter stuff would be a walk in the park but I'm getting my @$$ kicked trying to figure which parts are compatible with which model engine. My latest stumbling block is rocker arms. Any feed back would be much appreciated.

2005 Kymco People 150cc; 16" wheels. Full engine rebuild. Bearings, seals, gaskets, high-comp cylinder, valves,, cam. Rockers are throwing me a curve ball.

The engine is sort of a 157QMJ-B but with OEM crank gaskets and 78mm long valves (not standard 80mm for B model)

I purchased a new set of rockers off ebay(listing below) and they are different than the OEM rockers(see pic) and unusable. I'm hoping someone can point me to the correct rockers or determine if Kymco made their own funny OEM rockers which will require I buy a new head and so forth...ugggg

Picture of both new and old rockers side by side on same hinge pin. Darker OEM rocker is in foreground. Note the difference in pitch. New rocker leaves no allowance for valve adjustment Constantly depressing valves not matter how much I back out the tappet. https://drive.google.com/open?id=16t...ojy-XIBbeSZRLw

ebay listing where I got new rockers.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Got many more pics if needed.

Cheers

Ask for Matt Many, the manager. He knows all about different engines in Asian scooters.
