Question Belt Snapping Problems

Ok so ever sence I put my high performance variator nt 1500 torque spring and 1500 cluch springs I have been snapping belts about every other week. This is getting very inconvenient and expensive. Can someone tell me what could be causing this. I've tried regular belts and Kevlar but both fail. I have a big bore kit and a9 racing cam in it if that helps. Anything that you can tell me might help
Thanks
Bloody

Do you have a gasket on there? Is the vent snorkel clogged? I'm no expert, but it sounds to me like your belts are getting excessively hot, heat is the only thing that breaks kevlar from what I understand, and this can only be rectified by modifying your cvt case.

Have you thought of modifying and cutting your cvt case to let more air in there? something like this?

That is what I did on my 150 before it had a hundred miles on it. and took out the tiny filter. I live on a dusty road yet no problems yet. I would rather have some dust in there and stay cool. You can blow the dust out with an air hose but if it gets hot there goes another belt and they do get hot since the belt case is part of the engine case. john

I thought about modding my cvt but was worried if my belt getting wet fron that would be a problem. This is my daily driver and often ride in rain.
