139qmb fine tuning help
Trying to get my scoot at its peak. Im 270 pounds, 6 foot. Its been upgraded to 100cc, with a run of upgrades as in signature, belive 6g rollers, unknown kontra amd clutch springs. Hoping somone similar to my size amd scooter setup reads this, trying to figure out what rollers, utch springs, amd contra spring to snag. At least to start with.
As well, as a way to measure rpms while i ride. Ive read these engines peak at arkund 8500 rpms. Ive seen dash displays, but no clue what to buy. I really wanna get this thing tuned up.

I have no experience with the 50cc scoots, so can't help with cvt tuning......but as far as a tachometer goes.....I put one on my scoot over 4 years ago....still works fine. It is like the one in this link, only now they have replacable batteries...mine doesn't. Easy installation, just wrap the lead around the spak plug wire 3 or 4 turns, attach tach with 2 sided tape, or zip ties, and off you go.

If i want to measure rpms with it, just put scoot on stand and rev it up?

You attach it to your scooter....it becomes another instrument, such as the speedometer, fuel level gauge etc. On the stand, or going down the road......if engine is running, the rpm's are displayed. Shut the engine off....and engine run time is displayed in hours.
