just got my scoot back after bbk
I just picked up my scoot after a pipe and bbk kit installed.the mechanic says he doesn't like to adjust the oil pump but he put some extra oil in the gas tank for break in.i gave it full throttle for a few seconds and its slower than when it was 50cc.he went from a 70 to a 75 main jet also.im just hoping this is slow because of all the oil he put in there.any ideas or should I try a 80 main and see if that helps or give it time to break in the correct way.

Give it time. You're breaking in a new engine again.

in my opinion a bbk is a waste of money.i only have 40 miles on it but I don't see the big difference except on the hills.people say give it time to break in.ive had about six new motorcycles and ran them hard from the start and never had a problem.they were the same speed from day one.this scooter was doing 42 with stock pipe 2t minarelli and now its doing 35 with a stage 6 and 70cc kit.mechanic put a 75 main in and he said he put quite a bit of oil in the tank for break in.i pulled plug and it doesn't look rich which sucks.i was hoping when the gas runs out and I put straight gas in it it will ngive me more power.any ideas what to do.
