Not much that can do be done with a chain driven scoot performance wise I had a geely chain drive and she was painfully slow http://autos.dir.groups.yahoo.com/ne...d=-1&var=1&p=2 They would make nice scoots for riding around retirement communities or on campus but for travel on main roads and around town i would say they have no chance of keeping up with normal speed limits Take care and ride safely Yours Hank
