need help identifying part
Howdy
 I'm needing help figuring out what this part is. I have a 49cc Chinese scooter(139qmb gy6). It's located on the front of the scooter close to the regulator/rectifier. Looks like it's attached to a green and black wire that im assuming is going to ground. It's a metal rectangular piece with a spring inside. My phone's being weird and won't let me attach the pic so I'll upload it from my computer in a minute..
