Group Notifications

I imagine their is I just haven't found it yet but how can we get notifications of updates on groups we belong to?

It would be nice if those we displayed on the main page, the notifications I mean...

Group Tools >> Subscribe to this Group ?

To be honest, I've never really messed around with the Groups, but that looks like the way to do it.

Thanks that will at least get you an email when new posts are in. Better than guessing for certain.
