I'd go there with the $550.00, but would offer $400.00.
A belt and rollers, IMHO need replaced, replace the oil, final drive oil, give the clutch a good blow out with an air nozzle. Brake fluid, stuff like that. Looks like the seat cover is a replacement, maybe. No biggie. I'd bet you'll get a lot of miles from it. My very first ever ride on a scooter was on a Honda, 125, in maybe 1984 or 85 year model. That's a good scoot, I used to rock that exact bike in 1998. It's kinda slow (35 if you're lucky) but it has a variator, so it's not too bad off the line.
Practically indestructible. A quality bike. Try to get him to take 300-400 for it, as parts are scarce. |

they shouldn't be hard to find try googling or just call your local Honda shop
