Anyone know about Victor scooters?

Has anyone heard of these?
Im considering buting,but cant find ant info.
All I know is that it's 2 stroke, and FAST.
Any help would be apreciated.

Most Indian bikes are fair though not great... Not specifically familiar with Victor.
