Idle and Bogging Issue
Hello everyone my name is Rob. I am new here and i have a '12 Tao Tao Atm50. The other day i was headed to work and stopped at a stop sign and the thing just cut off on me. Got it back home and got it started but the idle was extrmemly low and it only ran a few seconds. I gave it a bit of gas on the next start and it immediately cut off. After a bit of research and speaking to a few friendly mechanics i figured perhaps i needed to adjust the carb a bit (i had already drilled out the brass cover from the a/f screw). Now here i sit, no progress made and no more ideas, any help would be much appreciated!!!
I was also told it could be an air flow problem which i have had before on this scoot so i removed the entire air filter assembly box but it had no effect whatsoever... -Rob 2012 Tao Tao atm50 a-1 |
