'86 Honda Elite 150 - pickup 1 or 2 pulses per revolution?
Can anyone tap into their vast scooter knowledge and tell me if a 1986 Honda Elite 150 produces 1 or 2 pulses per revolution from the pickup coil?
Or, is there a way for me to test it and find out? -Randy |

Not positive, but I believe most coils produce 2 pulses.
But the only way I know to check it is to put a strobe on it.

If it's made after 1984, it should be a 4-stroke engine. 2 pulses I guess.
