Tomos Revival Moped
Tell me what y'all know about this thing. I can get it without the goofy pedals.

Hi Alan
Thats my daughter Lissa,s aka Derbi motorbike Read post 34 in this thread http://www.scootdawg.net/showthread....ghlight=manual The ride is very nice smooth and stable with the 17 inch wheels and tires, hers has been upgraded to 70cc and the performance is good 2 speed tranmission takes some time to get to speed but had a good topend All in all a nice motortbike and i dont think the pedals look goofy. but very classy Old school moped Take care and ride safely dear friend Yours Hank

Thanks Hank.
With the BBK and/or pipe will it cruise at 35mph? I don't need any more for its intended use. Be Big, AMAC

Hi Alan
My daughters with the 70cc bbk 2 t engine has a top end of 55 mph though it does take a good amount of road and time to get there, a good comfortable cruising speed is 35 to 40 mph And the large wheels and suspension make for a very smooth and stable ride, its more on a par with a motorcycle then a scoot Hope that helps Take care and ride safely dear friend Yours Hank

Thanks my friend.
I saw one last week and keep thinking about buying one. It would be perfect for getting around the beach when I'm in NJ. Be Big, AMAC

I had a tomos sprint. It was modded a lil bit and I rode it for several years. It proved to be a good bike and I wished I never sold it.
