Hi Hank,
Per Maine's Bureau of motor vehicles website, a title is not issued unless a motorcycle/scooter is over 300cc. Since the scooter I'm selling is 150cc, a title is not needed. You can view the website here: http://www.maine.gov/sos/bmv/Title/index.htm What does MCO stand for? When I go to sell the scooter, I was going to complete a bill of sale and also sign over ownership by filling out the back of my registration to the new owner. Is there something else that needs to be filled out when I go to sell it? Thanks, Mike |

Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) Reason i ask is if i were to buy your scooter and try to register it in CT i would need a title or MCO, i was interested until i leaned that you dont have either Most states require them, yours is one of the few that dosent Take care and ride safely Yours Hank
