I'm new to this forum stuff and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction so I know where I can post a question regarding my scoot

Welcome to SD! Just look at the various forums and choose one that your question would fit in best. For example, if your question is a technical question about a 150cc scooter, it would go in the "125cc - 249cc" forum.
