im buying one of these and was wondering how high I should or want my rpms to be at.i have a performance cluch and variator and don't want it to scream till it blows,lol.i went from 5gr rollers to 4.5 sliders and seems to be good but should I go even lower on the sliders.right now im at 42 mph at 7000rpms

Sounds good, you should be at 6500-7000 throughout acceleration and then higher rpms when your transmission is fully engaged

Also rev limit on a stock minarelli crank is 10000. Run it higher than that for extended periods and you could shred a bearing and destroy the engine.
