Powermax 150 Turn Signal Problem

I'm new to the forum. I have a Taotao Powermax 150cc. It rides great, and so far, so good (I've had it for two weeks). The turn signals are giving me problems. When I activate in either direction, the rear signals are just fine, but the front signal lights barely light up, usually BOTH of them, and the turn signal idicators on the dash do not light up, but the dash lights dim and brighten as the signal relay kicks in and releases. It seems there is a grounding issue. I've gone over the connections around the dash board. Does anyone know where the signal relay is located?

Fixed it. The bullet connectors on the front turn signal wires were improperly attached. The were loose.
