Pre trip load trial

Checking MY Load before trip next month. 80 LBS.

Been working on this load & will only 70 lbs & not as high but will still be using two sets of saddle bags as in Picture just not as heavy as before. Keeping heavy things as low as possible.

The Yamaha should handle that easily. Eighty pounds is less than a small passenger.

You'll get get a bit of wind drag from the things sticking out the side and it will tend to require a little more throttle to get your usual cruise speed. Naturally you'll use more fuel than usual, but you should still be OK.
