BMW and some Japanese bikes have been recalled too. I've never heard of a Taotao being recalled.

My point was that people put the knock on Chinese scooters and yes, there are flaws but mostly in assembly. If all the Chinese 250s sold here suddenly had a model wide defect think what the slurs would be. "What do you expect from cheap Chinese crap"
Four years worth of Burgman have a defect and everyone will say, "Defects happen. At least they're fixing them." NOT "Japanese garbage again. This is why they lost the war." A slight double standard, Hmmmmmm?
