I have a new torque spring to install too. I haven't tried yet.

take off the variator pulley. I'm a small dude, but the clutch shouldn't be that hard to compress with two hands, i do it all the time. Try it hands at 9 and 3 and have someone push the belt in between the pulley

I got it, easy solution. I put the belt into the plates before i put the clutch back together. Taped the belt together so it was around halfway down the plates, put the clutch on its rod. Assembled variator, and the the clutch. I also made a compression tool with a couple long bolts amd 2 boards with hole in top to let a socket tighten the nut. I wannna post a picture of it. It worked very well and cheap amd easy to make.
