schwinn valo 50

i am working on a 2008 valo 50. when riding it will cut out after half throttle and only do about 10-15 mph i have replaced the air box carburetor battery spark plug and ignition coil. can anyone help me out?

how does it run when on the center stand?

Runs just fine on center stand revs all the way up

Go back to basics, check compression and cylinder leakage test. check valve adjustment. check for excessive load / friction in wheels, cvt, brakes

take the cover off, scoot on center stand, rotate the rear wheel by hand watch cvt, feel force required to rotate rear wheel.

then remove plug, rotate engine variator by hand (CCW) and feel for excessive force required to turn engine

Wheel spins freely i also removed the belt and tested the engine it still bogs so its not the cvt
