I took the carburetor apart and cleaned it out, put it back together and now im not getting any fuel flow to the carburater. I think I may have screwed a screw in to far or something. Now it wont even start lol. Id imagine one of the lines should have a vacuum but I dont feel anything

I cant get the carburetor primed, I tried sucking on the vacuum line but cant get the engine to start.

Ok finally got the carburetor primed and the scooter running, had to adjust the idle. BAD NEWS is the problem still exists! WTF.
