Front end not getting power.

Hey guys I have a roketa mc-13-250 it's a cn250 type scooter. And I've been doing some work on it recently. The wiring harness is beginning to fall apart (the clips anyway) and even put back together I can't seem to get power to the cluster, switches, headlights, etc. The back end seems to be functional I can get the starter to work and I can get the fan working. I have some pictures of some of the broken connectors that didn't seem to go anywhere originally. If I've just forgotten something let me know. Is there a place to buy replacement clips? Or just replacement harnesses in general? Thanks for any help!!
