New Carb Installation

Hello,
I am installing a new carb on my 150cc GY6 (Wolf EX150). I ordered a new Deni Carb -- it seems the drain is plugged up, on my old carb the drain had a brass nipple that would connect to a hose and lead elsewhere. Does anyone know if I should somehow get that brass nipple on to the new carb?

Also does anyone have a photo of the vacuum line configuration ? Might have missed something. Thank you!

I have attached a photo to help explain. Seems like actually it was the drain screw had a nipple on the old one? That's what puzzled me
