Crankcase/Valve cover vent question
I had to order a new air filter hose and I don't know if it has the same nipple as my 150cc stock Tao Tao quantum. Mine has the Crankcase vent line and valve cover vent connecting to a T and then connecting to a nipple in the air filter hose. Is this stock configuration necessary? Most of the parts aren't showing a nipple on replacement Air filter hoses. Here are link to the pictures.

If there is no nipple on your new part then get a fuel filter and attach the hose to that. Secure the fuel filter to some place secure.

I don't think it's necessary. The crank case can vent to air iirc at least mine does anyway. The valve cover can vent to an oil catch can that is where you can get creative.
