Noised in rear.

There is still a lot I need to learn, I know.

So I laid my Piaggio 250 down and now there is a sorta scraping/grinding/janky sound coming from the rear. I noticed a very lght film of oily fluid on the outside of the cover where the fair filter is. Not sure what kind of fluid it is really
