stator problem?

I drive piaggio nrg power and I have an issue.
When i try to start the scooter it starts but you have to crank it 50 times. When you crank the scooter sometimes it starts to misfire.
When the scooter is started, it doesn't hold idle.

Last time I was riding on my speedometer temperature and fuel section started blinking, one time my whole speedometer turned off and after some time it turned on again.

When I give more revs the bike starts to shake

Could my stator be bad or what's wrong with the scooter?
