need throttle to start

my scooter runs great and the plug is brown but some times when its warm it needs a little throttle.im I running a little lean or do I need to take slack from the cable?

Adjust the idle screw on the carb. although if you have to up the RPMs to where the wheel is spinning it is a fuel to air ratio problem
