My friend with a two stroke on the 49ccscoot forum recorded head temps in the range of 265°F to 340°F for WOT with different carbs.
I would link you there to the post but I dont know if its allowed or what on this forum.
Just figured it is good relevent info showing that these "forced air" cooled motors can certainly run past 300 degrees.
