need your expert opinion
I have a gy6 50cc with the 100cc bbk on it running uni filter. I'm buying a new carb new jets, new exhaust. Variator cdi wire. Blah blah.. I weigh 320lbs and it is moderately hilly where I live. In your expert opinion what size roller weights will wotk best for my size. Also I do have quite a long ride every day or so just so u know. I also have tge red and yellow torque springs and I'm buying blue and yellow clutch springs. So yea if u need any more info please ask. I really am looking forward to hear what gram rollers ill need.
thanks guys! |

what gram torque spring and clutch spring the color don't matter i run 1.5k torque spring does me good uphill holds the rpms up when going up a hill i'm almost 200 pounds and run a 9.5 and a 9 gram mix dr pulley slider, but i have a koso variator which is lighter. If you have a 1.5k torque spring run some 5 or 6 gram sliders with it since you weigh more. If you don't have the 1.5k spring i suggest you get it.

Normally the Contra Springs(Torque Springs) that the dealers sell are rated as such:
Blue Color are-1000 rated springs they are just a little stronger than the OEMs. Yellow Color are-1500 rated springs Red Color are -2000 rated springs Lefty

I'm gonna put a 100cc kit on my roketa tomorrow and i'm going to try a 24mm carb with it, it works with my 52mm kit quite well. I run the 150cc stock manifold no spacer gonna do the same with this kit also, gonna try jets 95-98.
