Kymco Super 8 - 4 stroke "grinding noise"

Last week I noticed a rattling sound especially during idling. I have checked all screws and nothing is loose. Scooter is running perfect but I want to know what causes this sound, any ideas?

I have checked both the CVT and fan side and can`t find the problem. Also no play in the crankshaft either. Below is two videos showing my problem

Any ideas?

Thanks!

The grinding is likely the shaft that runs off the starter to turn the engine.. have a super 8 and have had to replace that part. Also the spring that powers the the kick starter gets weak and allows the kicker to walk down and slightly touch that same gear.
