Hi Is this cylinder useful?

Hello,
thats cylinder that i took from my previous scooter and it spended winter without cylinder head on :S
Its 75cc Alu kit for gy6 chinese scooter and now i want to use it on my new scooter +i have new piston
Here are the pictures:

Cylinder was little rusty inside, but that rust was like dust - i managed to clean it with paper towel. On the picture you can see some small dots, that rust made and im concerned about them. So can i still use this cylinder?
Thank you for anwsers!

yeah that's a good cylinder. Remove the carbon and rust from it with a "cookie wheel" and it'll be fine.

Also, do not reuse rings, EVER! Always replace them with new ones.
