I have over 300 miles on my new roughhouse. Of course I wouldn't run on an interstate..and not just because it is illegal. Even if it were somehow legal, it still would not be prudent. I have run state highways with nary a problem. In fact, the state highways with a broad, paved shoulder is my preferred ride. I just keep a sharp eye in my rear view mirror, and if a vehicle approaches from the rear, I just dip over onto the shoulder until they pass.
As was mentioned, I had a 2009 Kymco people 150..a very highly rated scooter. Except for the power situation, I prefer my Roughhouse in almost every way. Surely a 125cc Roughhouse would be a formidable coup in the scooter market. |
