Throttle Cable Advice

I read this and Guess what, when i checked my throttle cable the rubber boot was stuck. I think this is why i was having idle speed issues? when i go to the gym today, i will see how my bike feels and i will update this thread, i found this great piece of advice on a retail site called composimo.com, i was just browsing and i found it, we in the scooter community have to help each other out, drive safe.
