Scooter takes 4 tries before starting?

Hi dawgs
ok so in the morning when i go to work, when i try to turn on my scoot it takes about 3 to 4 tries, is this normal? ive seen other scoots turn on with the first try
Keep in mind that i live in a warm climate state so its not the cold and this only happens when i turn on the scoot the first time during the day so meaning when it stands still for a long period of time, it happens.

any suggestions...
