will a gy6 150cc exhaust fit on a qmb 139 engine also will a qmb 139 exhaust fit a gy6 150cc?

I have a source capable of producing 1.25in exhaust headers for the qmb 139 engine they can even install oxygen sensor bungs ( the expanded portion in the middle is not present in the non oxygen sensor header) in the headers I was wondering if there was any interest in this sort of part
