80cc head on 50cc cylinder

could 80cc head placed on 50cc cylinder cause bogging and flames shooting thru exhaust? on two stroke

Just to mention, I installed correct 50cc head and it stopped bogging. In case anyone will need this information, bigger head just won't do.
