Gy6 idling on side stand...

Hello,
I have a problem with my gy6 scoot.
When i put my scooter on side stand idle speed gets lower and scooter eventualy dies. If lift scooter back so its perpendicular with the ground idle speed gets to normal in about 1 to 2 seconds.

I have this problem for as long i own this scooter!
In the meantime i changed cdi, carb, variator, clutch, intake manifold, air box, coil, ignition and magneto, spark plug wire, ajdusted valves, cleaned carburator XXXXXX times, upgraded piston and cylinder to 75cc

Is this normal? Or is something wrong? I owned baotian gy6 before and i dont remember this problem to be happening :S

Thanks

My side kickstand has a kill switch. Mine will not start nor idle with it out.
The center stand is more a maintenance position as I understand it as it will start up, in the up position.
I don't know if that helps you at all.
