Clutch slipping?

Hello, first info about my scooter:
75cc BGM PRO Alu kit
CVK sport carb
2eXtreme performance variator
2eXtreme racing clutch
drilled out original exhaust
5.75g MotoForce roller weights
86 main jet
MotoForce ECO 729mm belt
Car spark plug cable
Original counter spring, 1000RPM 3 clutch springs

Now here is the problem:
When i installed the 75cc kit scooter went around 100km/h and it had good acceleration -it was screaming
After a mounth later the problem started, it went only 60km/h with poor acceleration. Engine was running well, but RPMs were higher on take off and acceleration. So i inspected the CVT -clutch pads were worn and clutch bell was purple.

Then i bought 2extreme racing clutch and new clutch bell. I installed 2000RPM clutch springs and it was over-revving and going nowhere, so i installed 1000RPM (softest) springs and its a little bit better, but this is not it, it still goes only 60km/h and its still over-reving.
I tried going up hill and i was doing about 10km/h at full rpm, than it started smoking out of CVT cover vent :S Also i can clearly see that clutch pads are grabbing the bell with only half of its surface :S

It would be logical that i need to install softer springs, but 1000RPM are the softest, so what can i do? Im getting less than half of the power from my scooter, other power just goes out with over-revving :S
I cant try springs from old clutch because they are bigger.

Here is also another strange thing (handebars are shaking after take off (at 00:05), plus you can also hear the over-revving, watch the video):

Thank you for your time
