vacuum?

seems if I don't start my 2t every day I have to take the air cleaner boot off and put my hand over the carb for it to start.once started its fine.also when cold I removed the fuel line before the filter and it barely comes out.i just replaced the vacuum petcock 50 miles ago .

Any stains on the engine or underneath, where you normally park it?
Sounds as if the carb. drain screw or fitting may be leaking a bit.

ill check cause the other day I took the bowl off the carb and it was dry

just checked and it might have been a little loose(screw)but I took the boot off and I saw some oil,is that normal.it started rite away the normal way.

Some oil on/in the intake boot is normal. I see that on my Zuma. Could be your e-choke is not working properly.

I was thinking that to but it does start with a high idle.not all the time though.
