How goes it, ive spent the last 2-ish weeks browsing this forum (and every other forum for scooterers) via my 30 some open tabs of google searches lol
Thought id say hello and thanks for the help. Bought into a 150cc chinese scooter a few weeks ago and well, i once was not a scooter mechanic. Very recently lol

Ive had a piece fall off and wedge into my rear tire and the cover only to find it wasnt the original item (No Touchy My Petcock) amd that it was left in the shell by the mechanic where i bought lol. Fun 2 days.
That helped me find out there was potentially a carb issue involving a nasty little needle that... Is not a needle.
Which was fine, float was a little sticky but clean so i sprayed myself in the fa- i mean i cleaned it...
Dont forget your protective equipment kids.

Now were running, and before i start playing with this tiny screw that determines the fate of all gas powered engines on my fuel to air ratios, Im going to be diving into the valve... Thing after work tomorrow to check the gaps as its relatively old, as in it was in a storage for who knows how long its a stop on the trail of this sympton anyways.

Anyways thanks! If it wasnt for some of the content here id be a little less scootering and a lot more in trouble with the wife and my new oily paper weight.
