Petcock fuel pump to electric fuel pump?

So I have the 139QMB 49cc engine with the petcock vacuum fuel pump and I was wondering if there was any possible way to swap them? Is there any tutorials, or items I could buy?

Sure you can... several video showing how to do it, probably not for your exact scooter but you'll get the ideal.... here's one, .. you might want to check the vacuum lines and filter to the existing setup as the stock setup vacuum pump should be plenty good enough.
