Mid Life childhood regression syndrome in Wisco.
Greetings from Sunny warm Wisconsin!
Thinking about spring about now and the Possible purchase of a smaller displacement scooter For fun rides and round town errands. I'm 57 years old and my love for bikes and engines coupled with a better paying job have me itching for a motorized this or that. Prob a scooter 50cc and then a bb kit. I love to wrench small engines and having a scooter would scratch many an itch. Looking forward to learning all I can about what's out there and hopefully contributing to the conversations here on these boards. I do like the looks of the Tao Motor racer 50. My name is James. Thanks for letting me join in on the fun! See you all on the forums!

Welcome aboard! What are you looking at scooter wise? 2 stroke? 4 stroke? Yamaha, Honda, Kymco, TaoTao, etc.? I mess around with 2 strokes myself. I have done a few 4 strokes as well, more complicated but when set-up correctly a 4 stroke tends to be more reliable. Enjoy the site and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Thanks guys. Looking at a 4 strokes.
Possibly something with a ninja style body kit. 50cc with aspirations to slap on a bbk.
