Exclamation Help! Brand new TaoTao 150 CC scooter won't start!

I have a brand new scooter here that sat for a while and now will not start. Supposed to be trading it today for a boat so I really need to get it running. What I've tried so Far is a new carburetor and a new battery. It's turning over but not starting. My son got it running yesterday and went around the block but it stalled any couldn't get it started again.

Can anybody give me some other suggestions to try?

try flushing everything gas touches and clean your new carb including the jets.

Be sure to check the vacuum lines... if it has a cut off petcock if must have vacuum when cranking to allow gas to flow to the carb. Their should be a carb drain hose you can open to check if gas is getting to the carb.
