Electric start issue...

Ok, so I've read a number of posts online about the electric start not working. Here is what I have so far
1. The bike kickstarts fine
2. New battery
3. Short the solenoid and it starts
4. No kill switch on the kickstand
5. Brake light does not come on with key on and brake pulled
6. Checked all the connections under the front, one 4 wire not plugged in
(See Picture)

I don't have a multimeter. Where should I go next? Some say the solenoid. Some the relay. Ideas?

I'd start at the stop light bulb. If it is shot, you won't get juice to solenoid. Same thing with the brake light switches.....if no good, no start.

No reason to not own a multimeter when they are this cheap....http://www.harborfreight.com/7-funct...ter-98025.html....Walmart has them at about the same cost
