Good idea but why don't you try the free options that I have a feeling will work; clean carb like your life depends on it specifically focusing on the float.

I cleaned the carb pretty good when i took it apart. The scooter runs much faster now then it ever has since ive owned it. It just runs out of fuel. The line from the fuel pump to the carb emptys out. Its like at high rpms the vacuum gets comprised somewhere and stops pushing fuel.

Oh and i replaced both the vacuum and fuel line and the same reault. My nighbors says i should put another inline fuel filter so i can eatch it run dry, and maybe a larger fuelfilter will prolong the issue long enough for the pump to keep up.
