New Scooter... Soon?

Hey guys I have been thinking of getting a new scoot I like the Burgman well enough but I really enjoyed the smaller bike quite a bit. I wanted to see what you all thought. I commute about 20 miles one way as some of you know and need to maintain 55-60 for about half of it, 6 miles one stretch and 4 on another. Any way I am considering the Genuine Stella 4t (all the 2t's are gone guys) Genuine Buddy 170i and the Kymco Like 200i. I have also thought about a Vespa 150 LX or S but it seems like a lot of money for such poor gas mileage and top speed. I do want a more Italian styled bike so any thoughts you all have would be appreciated. Looking for mostly Taiwanese quality or similar.

Any one want the Burgman, they offered me $2000 on trade anything over that would take it...

Assuming the Vespas are out I would buy the Stella. I'm not huge on the retro look but the Stella is the most classic of the bunch.

Add the long list of aftermarket "dress-up" accessories and the Stella has it. There are also some cool sidecars.

I would think ,you would want to stay in the 200-250cc range, anything smaller and it might FEEL like............"Is the parking brake on?"

You know I have thought about this and I ran a 150 for quite some time. I have noticed the only thing I use the extra power for is speeding which I really don't need to do...

Thanks CE I'll think about it but the Super 8 doesn't really do it for me style wise... I have never seen one in green though I could be tempted... Got any pictures?

I don't think I would survive the beating the wife would give me if I did that. I am approved by her for a payment per month not to exceed $120. You want to finance me Hank??

IMO the Stella is a great choice. It looks great and you hear of few problems.

Hey SnW if you get the Stella see if you can get one with the Stebel air horn. (at least they'll hear you coming.)
