139 keeps wasting crankseal

My 2008 139qmb keeps blowing the crankshaft oil seal. I have gone through three seals in the last month. Compression checks out fine at 150psi, but I have noticed that not as much oil has been venting to the catch can.

I am thinking there may be an obstruction in the vent labyrinth.

Thoughts as to what could potentially cause higher than normal oil pressure? Bike is otherwise running great and is stock except for open element air-filter, #85 main jet and 6g rollers.
