scooter kill wire problems

hello, this is my first time posting, so thanks in advance for any help provided.. i have a 2001 zuma 50.. my zuma had no spark so i tested the cdi, coil, both are fine. now, when i pull of the kill wire, blk/white, i get spark, but cant turn it off.. when i start it with the kill wire off, i can then plug the kill wire in, and use the switch to turn it of... might someone tell me what to check next or what my problem is.. or how to fix it.. im really getting fustrated.. thx

Sounds like you kill switch is bad. You could replace it with a bolt-on kill switch.
